In the morning time ~ as you wake

Find your Self, a relaxed state

Allow RA, the Sun, to fill your consciousness

And shine brightly upon your emptiness

Make a mends in the moment

Breath, that is the way you do it

In and out as the tide goes

Healing,cleansing and empowering

Mind, Body and Spirit
